There can always be a reason why you decide that you want to return your PLAIN product(s). To get your purchase refund you can send you items back to the PLAIN WEARHOUSE.

To start a refund process u have to fill in the return form that is included with the orginal order

PLAIN does not provide pre-paid return label, You will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to return.

Depending on the shipping methode and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us.

It can take up to 7 days for your package to arrive at the wearhouse an is been processed. And I can take up to 3 workdays for us to process the refund.

We refund your original payment method on ll items returned to us within 10 working days from the dat of your delivery.

Store credit on an giftcard is offerd for any returned sale items, items purchaseds using discount code ro items that are no longer available on the PLAIN webshop.

Return policy

All products must be returned within 10 days of receipt.

All products must be unworn and unwashed.

Any products purchased in the Sale or are discontinued and no longer sold on the website, can not be refunded.

Any items found to have a distinct smell (deodorant, aftershave, body odour etc) will not be accepted.

Any items returned covered in animal or human hair will not be accepted.

PLAIN has the right to refuse a return should it not follow our returns guidelines.

We propose to place a track and trace option on your shipment. This way you can follow the order and you know exactly when it arrived at our department store. Once the package has been received, it may take 2-3 business days for your return request to be approved. You will receive an email from us that the return request has been approved and that your money will be refunded. It may take 3-5 business days for the money to appear in your account.

We do not offer exchange options. However, you can return your shirt within 10 days and place a new order if you still notice that you would have preferred a size larger or smaller.

Returns are not free

We are not offering free returns. And it’s the consumer responsebillity to send the items back to us.
